Malachai 3:10 KJV

"Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it."

Tithing is an act of worship that involves giving 10 percent of one's income to the church, as instructed in the Bible. 

It's a regular reminder of our gratitude for God's provision and a way to support the work of the church. 

Offerings are gifts above and beyond the tithe. They can be given to support specific church causes or projects, such as missions, building funds or community outreach programs.
